Those breaded chicken cutlets are so crispy in the outside and so juice in the inside, perfect for an easy family dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts in the middle lengthwise and pound it out to make it thinner or ask your butcher to do so
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the mustard and 1-2 tbsp of water
- In another mixing bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and spices
- Dip the chicken cutlets first from the eggs mixture and then from the breadcrumbs mixture
- Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket and cook at 360F (180 C) for 9-10 min or until golden. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven, in the air. Don’t overcook so it remains juicy inside.
